Established in 2007, Rich Franco and his brother opened the first Franco’s Pizza in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Growing up in Connecticut with a large family of Italians, good food and family cooking has always been a big part of Franco’s life.
Franco finds his inspiration in authenticity. He loves to bring a taste of New York to different regions and let’s his family recipe’s do the talking. With everything made from scratch everyday, Franco prides himself on the freshest ingredients to provide the absolute best taste to all that visit.
After 10 years of owning and operating the business, Franco has learned there is no tougher critic than his own nose. Over the past year, Franco’s has become just as popular with visitors and tourists as it is with New England “Snow Birds” who know where to come for authentic New York style cooking.
